WILL ANYTIME CLEANING SERVICES BRING SUPPLIES and EQUIPMENT?
Anytime Cleaning Services will provide all Supplies & Equipment needed to clean your home. All supplies used are general household products. If you prefer to have complete control of the products used in your home please let us know when booking your appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
In order to provide you with a high quality service, we ask that you take a few minutes to pick up personal clothing, toys and other household items.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?
Payment is due the same day immediately after service is completed. You have the option of paying by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Debit Cards or Paypal. If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card a 2% surcharge will be added to your total bill. WE DO NOT BILL FOR OUR SERVICES. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF CLEANING. A LATE FEE OF $20 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY PAYMENT THAT IS NOT RECEIVED ON THE DAY SERVICE IS PROVIDED.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RE-SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Simply call our office within 24-hours with your cancellation request. Please be advised that if you do not provide us with at least 24-hours prior notice, you will be charged The Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
DO WE HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN?
The majority of our clients provide us with access to their homes, however if you choose to be home while we clean you are welcome to do so. We understand that you may prefer to get to know us prior to allowing us to work on our own. Since we cannot assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own employees, we request that occupants stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.
WHAT IF YOU CANNOT GAIN ACCESS TO MY HOME?
If we cannot gain access to the inside of your home for any reason, you will be charged a Lock Out Fee of $50.
JOB START/END TIMES
We charge from the time we arrive on the job, which includes unloading of our supplies and equipment from our vehicle, to the time we have finished cleaning, including the loading of supplies back into our vehicle.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY PET(S)?
We love our customers pets! However, for their own safety and the safety of our cleaners, please secure your pets in a pet carrier or a secure area of the home and/or garage.
DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
We offer a 24-Hr 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! In the event an area was missed or not cleaned to your standards, please call our office at 402-281-3323 and within 24 hours after service completion. We will return and re-clean the area(s) at no cost to you. NO MONETARY COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. In this litigious society in which we live, a homeowner who uses an uninsured contractor, either knowingly or unknowingly, may be liable for the medical and/or permanent disability funds if an accident occurs. For the financial security and safety of our clients, we carry excellent liability coverage.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CARPETS TO DRY?
There are a lot of factors that determine drying time, however on average your carpet will take from 6-12 hours to dry after a professional hot water extraction cleaning and about 2-4 hours after a dry cleaning.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED?
This depends on whether you have Children or Pets, and how much traffic your carpet gets. As a general rule, you should hire a Carpet Cleaning Professional every 12-18 mths. However, if you have pets or children, your carpet may be in dire need of stain removal and require a thorough cleaning every 6-9 mths.
SHOULD I VACUUM BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
This is not necessary. Anytime Cleanings professionally trained Carpet Cleaner will vacuum your carpets with our Commercial, HEPA-Filtered Vacuum when they arrive as a standard part of your service.
WHAT TYPE OF CHEMICALS DO YOU USE TO CLEAN MY CARPETS?
We usa an all-natural, Green-Certified cleaning product called Bridgepoint as our primary cleaner. Bridgepoint, doesn’t contain any phosphates & is safe, non-toxic & hypo-allergenic.
In severe weather, we may determine it is not safe to travel and/or carry equipment and supplies to your home and cancel that day’s service. When this occurs, we will try to reschedule. Please assist us with your understanding in rescheduling.
Although gratuity is not expected or required, the cleaners certainly welcome it! A great way to show your Cleaner your appreciation is with gratuity. The amount of gratuity is split equally among the members of the team. You may leave a cash gratuity for the team (preferred method) or add the gratuity to your payment by specifying the amount.
CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM
Every time you refer a new client to us who uses our services, you receive $25 credit towards your next cleaning service to be applied after Anytime Cleaning Services has completed your friend’s first cleaning. Your friends will also receive a $25 discount off of their 1st scheduled house cleaning service has been completed. To qualify for the referral bonus, you must have used our services within the past 6 months of the referral and your friend(s) must be a New Customer & never have used our services. Your friends are limited to one discount per cleaning, but you can combine yours.
