BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANYTIME CLEANING SERVICES , YOU AGREE TO AND COMPLY WITH AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. YOUR SIGNATURE IS NOT REQUIRED. 1. APPOINTMENT WINDOWS and ARRIVAL TIMES:
Because of our ever changing schedule and the fact that every job requires a customized amount of time to complete, it is very hard for us to commit to an exact arrival time. Since we provide most of our customers with Quotes via phone, it is difficult to determine the exact amount of hours it will take to complete a job. Anytime Cleaning Services reserve's the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within ONE (1) HOUR of the scheduled Appointment Time. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 11 a.m. we may arrive anywhere between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. that day,
2. JOB START/END TIMES:
All of our services are provided at an hourly rate & are charged Per Man Hour. We charge from the time we arrive on the job, which includes unloading of our supplies and equipment from our vehicle, to the time we have finished, including the loading of supplies back into our vehicles..
3. CANCELLATION and/or RESCHEDULE OF SERVICES:
In the event that you reschedule, skip, add or cancel your service, we ask that you give a 24-hour notice. Without a 24-hour notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations made on the same day of service, for any reason will be charged 50% of the scheduled cleaning fee. We have committed our time in advance to provide you with an outstanding service within a specific time frame and date. In the event of a cancellation our company suffers from a lost of wages & earnings.

4. ENTRY TO YOUR HOME:
WE OFFER (3) ENTRY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
4-a. *The client may opt to be home to allow access to their home the day of the service.
We do not guarantee our exact arrival time, so the client must be home to let the cleaner inside. If no one is home or we are turned away for any reason, a Lock-Out/Cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.
4-b. *The client provides a key, garage door opener or code to gain access to the home.
Keys will be placed in a secure safe at Anytime Cleaning Services. The keys are not marked with any of your personal information in case they are lost. In the event the code given is not correct and we cannot gain access to the home, the client is responsible for the Lock-Out/Cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for that service.
4-c. *The client can purchase a lock box to place a key inside and provide Anytime Cleaning Services with the pass code. In the event for any reason the key is not in the lock box or the code does not work when we arrive; the client is responsible for the lock-out and a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for that service.
4-d. NOTE: In the event the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, the client will sign a release form stating that Anytime Cleaning Services will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the client’s home.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Anytime Cleaning Services accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Debit Card, Venmo and Google Pay. Make checks payable to ANYTIME CLEANING SERVICES or APRIL DeCENZO. Should a check be Returned for any reason a $35 NSF Fee will be assessed. Any Unpaid Invoice will accrue a daily interest rate of 2% of the total Original Balance Due. Please be advised that when paying by Credit/Debit card, a 2% Convenience Fee will be applied to your invoice total.
PAYMENT IS DUE THE SAME DAY SERVICE IS COMPLETED.. CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED A $20 LATE FEE FOR ANY INVOICE PAID AFTER THE DAY SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE STATED ON THE INVOICE ARE SUBJECT TO LOSS OF ANY and/or ALL DISCOUNTS.There will be a $50 fee, plus any court cost or attorney fees in addition to the balance due, for any account we must refer to Collections. The client can also sign-up for our Pre-Pay Payment Plan in which they are invoiced in advance for the entire month’s service and receive a 8% discount for Residential and 5% for Commercial Services.
6. PRICE INCREASES/CLEANING RATES:
Anytime Cleaning Services reserves the right to raise prices at anytime. All Hourly Rates are charged per Man Hour meaning you are charged the set hourly rate per worker. Most of our Quotes/Estimates are given "SIGHT UNSEEN", Therefore it is impossible to know exactly how long the Scope of Work will take. All prices are subject to change once we see the home/office level of soil, Amount of items/debris/yard waste to be removed. If the Scope of Work should take longer than we estimated; you will be contacted for approval to proceed with the additional labor and charges.
7. WORKING IN THE HOME:
We need to be able to work without distractions. Every effort is made for your cleaner to work safely, but we cannot assume liability for the safety of others while cleaning your home. This includes children and pets. In the event we are not able to work without distractions that affect our ability to work at our normal speed, Anytime Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge for the extra time spent in the client’s home.
If for any reason a cleaner of Anytime Cleaning Services feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site due to any action by the client, client’s guests or animal’s, the client will be liable for the full cost of the service.
8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS:
We do not climb higher than a Two-Step Ladder. We DO NOT clean Curio Cabinets. We do not move furniture over 25 Lbs. If an area in the home is considered or has the potential to be considered a bio-hazard, That area will not be cleaned .(emptying/cleaning cat litter boxes, human/animal excrement, etc).
9. PETS:
We love our clients’ pets! But for their own safety and the safety of our cleaners, please put your pets in a pet carrier or secure area of the home or garage.
10. BREAKAGE:
It can happen when you least expect it! Anytime Cleaning Services can assume no liability for damage due to pictures not hung securely, items with unstable bases, floating shelves or items not secured properly, etc.
Curio Cabinets, Figurines, Glassware and items of extreme/sentimental value should be cleaned by the client. If an item is broken, Anytime Cleaning Services will pay the replacement cost when the value is verified. The client needs to save broken item for Owner to inspect and will need to submit a Breakage Report.
11. DAMAGE:
Client must point out any damage to surfaces during walk through and before service begins.
Anytime Cleaning Services is sometimes called in to correct damage that was already there or that another cleaning company was responsible for. In this case we may require that the client sign a Pre-Existing Surface Damage Waiver.
In areas of the home with extreme clutter, Anytime Cleaning Services reserves the right to skip those areas in order to avoid damaging items or injuring the Cleaner.
Surfaces such as hardwood floors and natural stone should be in good condition and ready to clean without causing harm to the surfaces when using a neutral pH cleaner.
12. OUR 24-HR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We want you to be absolutely delighted with the cleaning service we provided! If an area was not cleaned to your satisfaction or to report any concerns, please call 531-777-5376 within 24-hours after service completion. We will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you. 12a. NO MONETARY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN.
13. NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEE'S:
When a client enters into an agreement for services with Anytime Cleaning Services; the client understands that they will pay a $1,500 training and placement fee to Anytime Cleaning Services if they engage in a working relationship directly with any Employee and/or Sub-Contractor of Anytime Cleaning Services during the course of this agreement other than through Anytime Cleaning Services.
14. NON-SOLICITATION OF JOB CONTRACTOR'S
Client understands and agrees "not to effect" any side arrangement or separate Contract with any of Anytime Cleaning Services Vendors or Sub-Contractors performing work for Anytime Cleaning Services, for additional work on a current job or any other job for a period of at least one year following the completion of last job, except as provided by agreement with Owner/General Contractor. Client understands should they violate this Non-Solicitation Agreement and engage in a working relationship directly with any Sub-Contractor of Anytime Cleaning Services they will pay a $500 Fee.
14. HOME ALARM SYSTEMS:
Anytime Cleaning Services will not be liable for any false alarms charges due to code changes not brought to their attention before servicing the home.
